1. General provisions
This document is a public offer made by the Service Provider to enter into an agreement for the provision of paid MyWorkFinder services on the conditions set out below.

User - a person who uses the site or Telegram bot MyWorkFinder or intends to pay for access to the service.
The User confirms that they have the legal capacity required to accept these terms.
2. What MyWorkFinder does
MyWorkFinder collects order information from available sources, filters it based on user-selected settings, and sends matching orders to Telegram.
The service helps save time on searching for orders, but is not an employer, client, representative of external sites or a party to the transaction between the User and the client.
MyWorkFinder does not guarantee:
- a certain number of orders;
- client response;
- conclusion of a deal;
- selection of the User by a client;
- receipt of a certain income by the User;
- constant availability of Telegram and external order sources.
3. Acceptance of the offer and conclusion of the contract
The use of free or trial access does not constitute acceptance of this Offer and does not in itself constitute an agreement for the provision of paid services.
Before payment, MyWorkFinder shows the User the selected plan, its cost, access period, this Offer and the Refund Terms.
By clicking the “Agree with the terms of service” button, the User confirms that he has read the Offer, the Refund Terms and the terms of the selected plan, and agrees to proceed to payment.
Clicking the button does not in itself constitute acceptance of the Offer, does not conclude an agreement and does not create an obligation to make payment.
Acceptance of the Offer means successful payment for the selected plan and confirms the User’s agreement to enter into the agreement on the proposed terms. The agreement is considered concluded from the moment the payment is confirmed by the payment system.
Each new payment means acceptance of the version of the Offer and the terms of the plan shown to the User before this payment.
If the User does not agree with the Offer, they should not make a payment.
4. Telegram account
Work with the service is carried out through a user account in Telegram. The unique number of this account is used for identification.
The User is responsible for maintaining access to their Telegram account. Actions performed using a user account are considered to be user actions unless proven otherwise.
The User is obliged to provide accurate information necessary for payment, issuance of a receipt, support and refunds.
5. Access and plans
MyWorkFinder can provide:
- trial access;
- paid access for a selected period.
The list of functions, restrictions, cost and duration of each plan are shown to the User before payment and are part of the contract.
The paid period begins at the moment of actual activation of paid access, recorded by the MyWorkFinder system. At the end of the paid period, paid features become unavailable.
Paid access does not automatically renew. To receive a new period, the User independently selects a plan and makes a new payment.
6. Procedure for providing the service
The service consists of providing access to the functions of collecting, filtering and delivering information about orders during a selected period.
The provision of the service begins at the moment of actual activation of the paid access and continues for the duration of the selected plan.
If the payment is confirmed before the actual activation of access, the delay time is not included in the paid period. If paid access cannot be provided, the User has the right to request a full refund.
The User independently selects a profession, categories, sources, keywords and other settings. The composition and number of incoming orders depend on the selected settings, the availability of external sources and the emergence of new orders.
7. Cost and payment
The plan price for the selected payment method is shown in rubles or in the number of Telegram Stars before payment is confirmed.
Available payment providers and methods:
- YooKassa;
- RoboKassa;
- Telegram Stars.
Telegram Stars are virtual elements within the Telegram system and are used according to Telegram Stars Terms. They are purchased by the User from Telegram or through third-party payment services.
The Service Provider does not sell Stars to the User, does not set the price for their purchase in rubles, and does not determine the terms of their exchange or compensation. The price of access paid via Telegram Stars is denominated in Stars.
The payment methods available to the User are shown before making a payment.
When paying via YooKassa or RoboKassa, an email address may be required to issue and send a receipt.
MyWorkFinder does not receive or store the bank card number, expiration date, security code or payment confirmation codes.
Once payment is confirmed, access is granted automatically. The moment of activation and the end of the paid period are recorded by the MyWorkFinder system. If the money is debited but access is not granted, the User must contact support.
8. Cancellation and refunds
The User has the right to refuse a paid service at any time with payment for the actual part of the service provided and the actual expenses incurred by the Service Provider.
The procedure for calculating and processing a refund is specified in the Refund Terms.
For a service paid for in Telegram Stars, the Service Provider issues a refund of the corresponding number of Stars through Telegram. Issues of refunds for the purchase of Stars themselves from Telegram or a third-party payment service are governed by their rules. This does not limit the User's rights provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
9. Referral program
MyWorkFinder may provide the User with the ability to invite other users via a personal link.
The conditions for receiving the reward are shown in the service. The reward is provided only after the specified conditions are met and is not awarded merely for clicking a link or the first launch of the Telegram bot.
Abuse of the referral program may result in an improperly credited reward being revoked and participation in the program being restricted.
10. Terms of use
The User must use MyWorkFinder fairly and lawfully.
Prohibited:
- interfere with the operation of the service;
- bypass plan and payment restrictions;
- gain access fraudulently;
- create an excessive load on the service;
- use the service to violate the law or the rights of third parties;
- transfer access to third parties, if this is not provided for in the plan;
- send other people's personal data for support without legal grounds;
- send passwords, confirmation codes, full bank card number and other sensitive information.
11. Access restrictions
The Service Provider has the right to temporarily restrict user access if these conditions are violated, an attempt is made to bypass payment, interference with the operation of the service, abuse of the referral program, or a security threat arises.
If the violation can be resolved, the User can contact support to verify and restore access.
Restricting access does not cancel the User's rights provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
12. External sources of orders
Order information comes from external sources. MyWorkFinder is not responsible for the content of the ad, the actions of the client, changing or deleting an order, the client’s selection of a freelancer and any settlements between the User and the client.
The User independently evaluates the authenticity of the order, the terms of cooperation and possible risks.
13. Service interruptions and changes
MyWorkFinder may be subject to technical interruptions, updates, delays, and temporary unavailability of certain functions.
The Service Provider has the right to change the service, the composition of sources and future plans. Changes do not reduce the already paid period and volume of access, unless otherwise required by law or agreed with the User.
14. Responsibility
The parties bear responsibility in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The Service Provider is not responsible for the inability to use the service for reasons beyond its control, including failures of Telegram, payment systems, communications, user equipment and external order sources.
Limitations of liability do not apply if the law prohibits such limitation.
15. Personal data
The procedure for processing personal data is described in Personal Data Processing Policy.
Consent to the processing of personal data is provided separately from this Offer.
16. Support and requests
For questions regarding the service, payment and refunds, the User can contact:

- via support in Telegram.
Please include your username or unique account number in Telegram, a description of the issue, and payment information if the issue is payment related.
Requests are considered within the time limits established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
17. Change of Offer
The new version of the Offer applies to future payments from the date of publication.
The conditions of the already paid period are determined by the version of the Offer accepted by the User upon payment, unless otherwise required by law or the change improves the User’s position.
Before making a new payment, the User has the opportunity to review the current version of the Offer.
18. Applicable law
The legislation of the Russian Federation applies to the relationship between the Service Provider and the User.
Disputes are considered in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation. The User retains the right to go to court in the place provided by law.
